This fine art print is from the original acrylic painting of boxing hares.
I have always wanted to paint a pair of boxing hares and finally got the chance to this Summer.
We have lots of hares in the hills behind our farm. Brown hares are famous for their energetic behaviour, particularly in March time and I wanted to capture this unique behaviour.
This print is available in the following sizes:
5×5” print – mounted to 9×9”
5×7” print – mounted to 8×10”
8×6″ print- mounted to 8×10″
8×12” print- mounted to 10×14”
14×10” print- mounted to 16×12”
16×12 print- mounted to 20×16″

I have always had a love for the countryside and animals as I grew up in Aghadowey, a rural townland in Northern Ireland and was surrounded by beautiful scenery. I have had a passion for art from a young age and studied Fine Art and Design up to A-Level. I continued to paint after school and took on various commissions whilst studying Law at Queen’s University, Belfast and training to become a solicitor. In 2020, I decided to come home and return to my passion, creating art full time.
